At A. Gallo Colors, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handmade watercolors and artist supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the delicate paint pans or sets are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our studio address provided in the authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
